It is a perfect cabin for two with everything you'll need for a base of a great vacation (any time of year)! Only 9 miles from Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort and along the Elkhorn Scenic Byway. Antone Creek runs just below the park creating a serene experience in the forest. A special highlight as well is that it is easy to access it. There is only one step and is one level.

Cozy cabin

My husband and I, along with our two small dogs, wanted a little get away for my birthday. This little cabin was perfect size and location. There are several lakes along with hiking and biking trails close by to spend the day outdoors and then the short drive back to the cabin for the evening.

Great location for Anthony Lakes

It was very clean. Smaller than I thought. The A/C was a blessing. Excellent shower. Wifi was another excellent asset to our stay. Bed was very comfortable, but I had to sleep against the wall because I use a CPAP. No fault of the cabin! We were both surprised there was no microwave or Keurig. A single serve Keurig and a small microwave are both inexpensive. Just a suggestion to add those. It needs a can opener also.
