Great Location - North Rustico Ocean View

A convenient location in central North Rustico where you can see the ocean through the window. This newly renovated cottage has AC and dehumidifier (available upon request).

There are plenty of things to do nearby:
- Dining at Fisherman's Wharf Lobster Supper, Blue Mussel Cafe.
- Star glazing at North Rustico Park.
- Clam digging at the Cavendish Beach.

The space
The two sofa beds are not pull-out sofa beds. They are large enough to fit a person no more than 5'7".
The second bathroom is a shower stall, not a bathtub.

Other things to note
- The TV has Chromecast and HDMI cable. Does not have cable TV programs.
- We have a property manager (or myself) that sometimes visits and/or stays over in the office suite (it’s attached to the house but has a separate entrance and is completely blocked off from your space) to service the area. Please rest assured that your privacy is highly respected and we will not contact or disturb you during your stay. You should almost feel like there is no one there. During the occasions when I do visit, it is likely I would have a dog with me, she will either be inside the office or on leash when we are out for work.
- Due to the sporadic work schedule the property manager (or myself) have, we cannot guarantee the length of duration that we will be on site.
