Spacious, bright and well-maintained 2-bedroom condo in one of the best ski-in, ski-out locations at Jay Peak, Vermont. Located in one of the newest Village condominium buildings, the condo is right on the Granny Jay trail, so you can ski or ride away directly from the front door. No walking required!

The condo has many extras that are harder to find in other ski-in, ski-out condos at Jay Peak including a fully equipped cook's kitchen with granite counters and new stainless appliances, updated living room furniture, 49" flat screen HD TV with Roku for streaming, air conditioning, and built-in boot heaters. The condo has been immaculately maintained and has been updated recently with new carpeting throughout the condo.

Relax by the cozy brick hearth fireplace after a day on the slopes, watch a movie from the movie library, or play a board game from our collection. Sleds and snowshoes are available at the condo to add to the winter fun.

The condominium sleeps up to 7 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large attached bath and closet and 32" flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk and twin trundle bed, roomy closet and another flat-screen TV. The living room has a queen-size sofabed. All linens, pillows and blankets are provided. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, and an outdoor locker to store your gear.

The condo does not have a hot tub; however there is a large outdoor shared hot tub available at the Pumphouse Water Park for those with water park tickets.

There is one assigned parking space for the condo, in front of the condo building. The Village Association requires all other vehicles to park in the free covered parking garage at the Tram Base.

Jay Peak receives more snow than any other ski area in the East and is well-known for its beautiful and challenging glade trails (trails dotted with trees) for beginners through experts. Jay Peak also has the only aerial tram in New England, and an award-winning Graham Cooke-designed Championship Golf Course. You and your companions can also take advantage of the many amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many restaurants and bars at the mountain. The "Clips N Reels" recreation center at Stateside is 5 minutes from the condo, with a movie theater, clip-in ropes course and arcade. There’s lots to do all year round for the whole family!

The condo is also a beautiful place to be in summer and fall, overlooking the ski trail and nearby woods. Air conditioning (rare to find in condos at Jay Peak) is included via a wall-mounted Mitsubishi unit in the living area. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Tram Base, Ice Arena and Water Park, or a 5 minute walk to Stateside. Many of our guests take advantage of the free Jay Peak shuttle that runs between the condos and the restaurants and shops at the Tram Base and Stateside.
