"Very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean with some minor wear and tear visible such as certain areas with carpets and wallpaper coming away but that’s a normal thing for a building with so much character. The staff more than made up for any criticisms. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and hope to return soon"

"Some menu items were small in quantity for their price eg pea ravioli. Rest of menu good. Signage in lifts as to which floor was which difficult especially when the stall said it took them 3 months to get their head around! Overall a good relaxing experience. Thank you."

"The only negative thing about this hotel is the parking. The rooms are nice, the restaurant has a decent menu, (no cash, though, only credit cards). But the parking situation is not great. Only 2 handicap parking spots. For a hotel this size, that’s ridiculous."
