"For us good location The word Cosy in the description means small. What surprised me was when I was booking that there appeared plenty of rooms, If this was correct I am surprised that we were not upgraded. My logic is surely you want to encourage us to come back. Unfortunately we had the bins one side and the car park the other. It’s clean but we did have to remove the air freshener as it over power your senses. We stayed here two years ago. We remembered the breakfast. Still good value. Unfortunately our memory might be fading as I thought the portions were bigger last time. But that’s happened almost every where we have stayed."

"The hotel, staff and location to the train station or town was good. I would stay there again. The decor was a bit dated i.e. you could see coffee stains on the wall or markings on the carpet but overall it was clean in the room."

"Church Farm Lodge is just exactly what you want from countryside accommodation. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are fine - exactly what you'd expect. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly. It's right next door to the the Tollemarche too, so what more could you ask for?"
