"Positive: -Comfy bed -Clean room, modern -Nice bathroom: shower pressure, bath products, etc. -24 hour coffee in the lobby (no coffee maker in the rooms) and citrus water (cucumber, lemon, etc.) Negative: -LOUD doors, because they're heavy, you hear every slam -DARK rooms, some nightstand lighting but no overhead lighting so very dark. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom/sink area is a terrible, dark fluorescent, not flattering -No option for fan only (it's either AC or heat) so if you would like to sleep with a fan for white noise or for staying cool, not going to happen -Pets are allowed, so you might hear some dog barks"

"Hotel was clean and convenient, breakfast was good and staff was VERY helpful. However, the hotel needs to enforce the no cannabis rule!!! The smell wafted into my air conditioning vent every hour or so ALL the time. The smell was terrible in the hallways and in the elevator. Have rules that you enforce or don't have them. Made my stay uncomfortable in my room."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this charming hotel! The staff was incredibly pleasant and welcoming—everyone we encountered was so friendly and nice. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Old Town and several great restaurants - Ramonas and Church Street Cafe are the best! One of the highlights of our stay was being able to see the hot-air balloons flying over the area. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming place with a great location and wonderful staff."

"I like the layout of the studio room, but from the beginning. The floors smelled very bad. It had a strong odor of dog urine. There wasn’t any wash cloths in the restroom. The shower took 5 mins to get hot. Other than that, the bed was alright and neighbors didn’t bother"
