"The air conditioning was great, but there was too much noise. The restroom had a vent that would go off and on several times throughout the night and early morning on its own. It was extremely loud. There were also people running back and forth on the floor above all throughout the night and morning hours. We were not able to get much sleep at all. Also someone tried to open the room door not once but several times. Did not feel safe at all!"

"AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY. We walked back from dinner to see a stranger looking at us from the balcony before ducking right back into our room. The front desk clerk tried to lie and claim it was a "mix-up," but we overheard them warning the guy in Spanish: "oh, they saw you, come back down, did you get anything?" The thief stole one bag but panicked and fled, leaving his hoodie and beer on our bed. We called 911 and the police had to escort us to our car so we could safely flee. The staff is...
