"Room was clean, instructions to get the keys was clear as well since a this moment staff wasnt avaible directly at the office. Nice balcony with a beautiful view outside. Staff were responsive to our questions and demands."

"This is our second time staying here, it’s a nice property overall, it’s definitely dated but it’s maintained and kept clean. The room is relatively smaller but works for a few nights. The check in was easy, staff were easy going. If I had to offer any advice to the hotel, id encourage guests to congregate in the beautiful rear courtyard , the pool area was empty (clean and beautiful) so were the fire pits, guests decided to sit in front and talk loudly until after 10pm, as well as banging on our door and running away and startling my daughters. It does get busy with the parking at times as there is a restaurant inside the hotel. Overall good location, 3 min drive to the pier, facilities are in good overall condition. I’d Recommend this place, good value."

"The location was central to where we were going to explore the area. The beach was foot steps away. Enjoyed the evenings around the fire pit. Local restaurants had friendly staff and food was home cooked ( Rachelle’s and the Hungry Hiker). Accommodations were clean. Understandably the WiFi was not very good. Staff at the hotel were prompt when needed. The breakers would trip when more than one appliance was in use, especially if the AC was in use. We enjoyed exploring the area and our hike up to Lion’s Head Lookout. Bring supportive shoes for the hike and water. There is a Foodland within walking distance for groceries and a Home Hardware, which closed by 6 pm. The best priced firewood was as you entered the Town, just past the LCBO."

"The host was very responsive and helpful, and the place itself was a great size with lots of room for everyone to sleep. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were exceptional.The view is lovely, especially the magnificent sunsets, and there are plenty of places nearby to hike. It is fairly remote, so cell service was poor, but the Wi-Fi worked well.We had a large group and had no issues with the septic system or hot water. My only recommendation would be to run everything through the dishwasher before using it, as some of the utensils, cutlery, and dishes were not completely clean.There are also lots of bugs, so bring a good bug zapper!Otherwise, it’s a lovely place to stay."

"Room was well maintained & clean. We didn’t saw anyone from staff, but got a chance to be greeted by the owner during check-inn & it was really great to know about the places to wonder in tobermory, so that you just need to go ahead for it. The property has the best lake view from patio & private beach section, where you could have a memorable time with your loved ones."
