"Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our visit. The room was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the staff was generally friendly.
I'm giving 4 stars because there were a few areas that need improvement. Our room didn't have an iron, so we called the front desk and were told one would be delivered. Unfortunately, it never arrived. We also noticed trash sitting in the stairwell hallway, which made that area look neglected.
Parking was another downside. It was very limited and difficult to find a spot, which added unnecessary stress to our stay.
Despite these issues, we had a pleasant experience overall. With better follow-through on guest requests, cleaner common areas, and improved parking, this hotel would easily deserve 5 stars."
