The hotel we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. All of the staff were super helpful and very respectful of our time. They ensured that all of our questions were answered and gave great advice on areas we should hit. The train station was literally across the street and we used public transportation for majority of our activities. It was a great experience.

Stayed in the penthouse, it is nice but decor is dated.
It was disappointing that one of the whirlpool tubs wouldn't hold water (think it was the plug) and a tap was wiggly... Not what you expect for $600/night.
