"I was warmly greeted when I checked in. Room was clean and had the amenities I needed. Walking distance to downtown, arena, old Sacramento, river and ballpark. Quiet too overnight. Staff was helpful in the am when I asked to check my bag at front desk while I did some sightseeing."

"Loved the hotel. The only issue was housekeeping. I asked for housekeeping on Monday 5.18.26 left early returned at 2 p.m. the room wasn't touched. Housekeeping came at 2:30 pm i asked to give me 10 minutes since i was charging to go to the pool. After 2 hours at the pool and returning to my room still no housekeeping. "

"Was supposed to check-in at 3. Room was not ready until 5. They kindly comped the parking, then subsequently I received a parking citation. The staff was kind and helpful, however they did not seem to have enough staff to support the hotel and did not communicate with each other (parking issues). Hot water was only available after running the shower for 10 minutes and the windows rattled loudly in the wind throughout the night. Would avoid staying here again if possible. "

"THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME MY FAMILY ENJOYED IT...THE STAFF WAS AMAZING THEY REALLY TOOK CARE OF US ALWAYS SOME ONE AROUND TO TALK TOO IF WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WHICH I DID....I LOST MY DEBIT CARD I REPORTED IT THE NEXT DAY FRONT DESK CALLED ME THEY FOUND IT....WE ALL HAD A GOOD TIME SITTING AT THE BAR WE ORDERED SOME FOOD IT WAS AMAZING....OVERALL WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WE ACTUALLY BOOKED A ROOM FOR MEMORIAL WEEKEND....CANT WAIT !!!!"

"Staff were very nice and accommodating. We let them know we were bringing our dog and baby and they had the dog bed with dog treats and bandana ready in our room. Our dog was treated like a princess :) . Room was clean and balcony with the city view was beautiful too! Defff recommend, worth your money! "

"My room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable . The bathroom was newly renovated, equipped with a whole set of towels, a box of facial tissue and a hair dryer. The room has refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee making machine. All those equipments make my stay very convenient. One thing I didn’t like it is the poorly insulated rooms, because at night I can hear the noise of the toilet flashings and showers from surrounding rooms. And footsteps from upstair rooms. The breakfast is pretty basic, that you get enough to fill up yourself with oatmeal, toast, yogurt, apple, cereal, milk, coffee, and orange juice. The staff is very friendly and the easy to check in. Check out is also very easy, no one at the desk, but use a remote control computer. Overall my stay was very nice and pleasant. "
