"We reserved a wheelchair accessible room through this site. When we got there at 12:30 at night, we were told there were no accessible rooms and that we didn't reserve one! The clerk was rude, and said that since we didn't reserve an accessible room there was nothing he could do. No apologies.
I'm not sure if Expedia didn't relay the info or if it was the hotel's fault but by this time of night after a long tiring trip this was a disaster! I finally found a room a distance away that cost...
