10/10 Excellent
"It’s quaint and adorable. So, my booking error (not on the hotel) had us in two different rooms. The first room the carpet was dated, but everything else was great. The second room was lovely. Vaulted ceiling, new laminate flooring, and spacious for a king room. There’s a nice outdoor pool and most rooms seem to have outdoor seating. Overall, a great place a bit off the beaten path of the busy Lake George strip. We will be back!"

8/10 Good
"We generally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff made up the room wonderfully every day. The restaurant served very good food but often closed early and the bar only stayed open until 10 pm even on Friday and Saturday night. There were some issues that were bothersome. Women’s bathroom in lobby was out of order the whole 10 days we were there. Television in room kept going in and out because they use satellite service. The second day it rained and there was visible leaking from ceilings in lobby, entrance to Bistro and in corridor from guest rooms on first floor, with buckets to catch water. We were in room 215 and the first or second night there was someone in the room next door playing music very loudly until well after midnight. Inside appearance was somewhat run down. Peeling wallpaper visible in lobby. There were no darts for the dart board in the bar area. There was no breakfast service at the Bistro on Sat 8/8."
