"Rooms and surrounding areas clean n well kept. Lots of options for all in party. Kids loved Amenity cntr n pools. Only issue we had was signage hard to read at night and we spent more time driving around getting lost. Will def stay again!"

"It’s our first time staying in this hotel and we had a really bad experience overall. The House keeping staff didn’t properly provide basic stuff to our room (like bottle water or bar soap) we had to constantly ask them every day. Hotel rooms are outdated. One day we came back to our room and couldn’t open the door. We had to go down to the front desk twice to find out the door mechanism was out of battery so we had to wait for technician to come and fix it. It took at least half hour when we were finally be able to get in to our room after a long day. In addition, the hand towel holder in the bathroom sink was broken and kept falling down whenever you try to use the towel. Food wasn’t great either. We had a lunch by the pool restaurant and our food was mediocre at best but the prices were high. Last year we stayed at the Signia by Hilton and had a much better experience. So overall we are not satisfied with our stay at all. "

"Stayed in the alcove room in the east building, very spacious. Love the transportation accommodations to the parks. Great fitness center. Great restaurants at the Swan and its sister hotels on property."

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area was well-maintained and a great place to unwind. Breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again! "
