Accessible room. We love the spacious room with a fridge (so useful for some medication). The room was clean and stocked with basic tea, coffee and milk. The bed is a double. We would prefer a king-size but there would be less space around the bed. The mattress was very soft and not supportive. It was awkward, as people with reduced mobility, to sit on the side of the bed...my partner slid off. Also the bedside tables are tiny. More space is needed for medical equipment used at night plus a socket on each side of the bed is necessary. This is obviously specific to our medical needs and generally the room and stay was excellent. The food was also fantastic. The continental breakfast was great and dinner was very good. Staff were so lovely and helpful. The only thing missing was sliced lemon (or similar) to go in the G&T!

The room was spacious, clean and hood amenities. Would have appreciated having a room at ground level as my wife has mobility issues and difficulty climbing and depending stairs.
