What a wonderful hotel, with amazing staff very polite and welcoming ❤️ and the food was delicious, would definitely book again 😊 we had the opportunity to watch an amazing sunset from our balcony ❤️
We booked a standard room. On arrival we were asked if we wanted to pay extra for an upgrade. After looking at the standard room we were extremely disappointed that the view looked over the precinct which wasn’t in our opinion worth the money we paid. The upgraded room looked over the broads which was lovely. The room needed lighting over dressing table. Owner very strict on staff, any issues she had should have been discussed privately not in front of customers. All the staff were lovely, she’s lucky to have them. Food lovely and open fire too!!
Lovely clean room with tea and coffee options, good shower and well appointed bathroom. Very compact and bijou, breakfast was gorgeous and all staff were lovely and helpful. Location has fantastic view of river, rivertraffic and the local wildlife ..mainly swans which always look magnificent.
What a wonderful hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful. This was the first hotel we have taken our dog too and the staff made him very welcome, he received a bowl of treats, a bed, a towel and a bottle of water, he even was given a sausage at breakfast. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
The room was lovely and clean. The staff very friendly and the food was very good.
Did have a slight issue with the bath, the water while showering didn't go down the drain.l
Excellent Hotel, location good and very dog friendly. We stayed in a room overlooking the river, which we would recommend. Breakfast was spot on with a good selection!
Comfortable, clean and well-furnished room with a stunning view across the river. So lovely to watch the boats and the swans in the morning. Dinner was good and breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked and all servers were charming.

Cannot fault it at all.
Restaurant excellent quality of food and cooking good.
I ate in the restaurant in the evening and had the Venison which was not overcooked - just right and the breakfast was diverse and plentiful - cannot fault at all
Excellent welcoming staff from check in to leaving.
I will stay again - I stayed for business so it really suited me well. Car park just outside too !
Superb location.Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Great beds, cozy comfort. Breakfast was superb and cooked to order. There was plenty of choice on the menu, something for everyone. The staff are amazing, nothing was to much trouble and in my case they went over and beyond what was needed. I had a tumble and they treated me with dignity and care. Thank you.
This was a spur of the moment decision to stay in Wroxham and we fancied a bit of luxury, and indeed Wroxham Hotel did provide just that. It's an unassuming building with a pleasant terrace overlooking the river and all the boats. The room was comfortable and spacious with lots of little extras like toiletries and slippers! The food was excellent - we particularly enjoyed the best breakfast we've had in a hotel for a long time. I can't fault the staff either - friendly, helpful and professional. All in all I would recommend this as a place to stay on the Broads, even if the car parking is quite hard to find!!
Clean room, lovely freshly cooked breakfast and continental choices, good location, beautifully furnished, shame the shop wasn't open just to browse. One thing, which obviously is only my opinion and dislikes, I found the quilt very heavy and didn't sleep too well. I would recommend and we would return
A very enjoyable two night stay, a very good location for our visits to East Ruston Old Vicarage garden. Excellent food and a very clean and comfortable room.
