Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. I didn't need anything else from the host. It was clean and overall pretty nice! The stairs you take to get up to the room are pretty loud, so I woke up one time when other people got home to other rooms during my stay, but that was it! Overall good. I was there for a holiday weekend so the price...

"Fantastic property. From booking there was an issue with Hotels.com double booking the apartment but Peter the host was straight on to sort it for us. Made sure everything was accommodated, constant clear communication and what a place! Super clean, spacious, amazing location with plenty public transport around and of course Fenway park 2 minutes walk! Super glad we booked, great price for what we had and will definitely be back anytime we are in Boston. Thanks Peter!"

The apartment itself was spacious and had a nice kitchen to prepare meals. I would recommend to all considering a stay in East Boston!"

"Everything is automated. There is no option to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Towels are not changed daily, and it is difficult to communicate with the manager. The room was extremely small. This was my first time in Boston, and for the price I paid, I expected much better. In cities like New York, Las Vegas, and Miami, I have stayed in much better rooms for the same amount of money."
