"The pool was renovated for four days and therefore closed. Neither the landlord nor the agency see this as a shortcoming. In our eyes, it is impertinent not to respond to this.Afterwards, we were even accused of having demolished the worktop in the kitchen. Luckily we had taken a photo of the area on arrival as the skirting boards in the kitchen are very old and looked accordingly.The flat itself was very clean but a bit noisy."

"Pros: Appartamento nuovo, pulito e accogliente. Dotato di ogni confort (angolo cottura, lavatrice ecc) a pochi passi dal centro e dall'incantevole spiaggia Simius. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile al di là di ogni aspettativa."

"Pros: Das Haus liegt nur ca. 200m vom Strand entfernt. Zwischen den Bäumen kann man das Meer sehen. Nette Veranda und Pool in der Ferienhausanlage (Achtung Öffnungszeiten). Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Autoparkplatz in der Anlage. Cons: Die Möbel sind alle schon älter und abgenutzt. Die Küchenausstattung nicht ganz vollsträndig für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung ist schon sehr verwinkelt und eigenwillig gebaut. Das Kinderschlafzimmer (Stockbett) ist winzig klein und das Elternschlafzimmer sozusagen...

"Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni presso Villa Giardino a fine luglio, appartamento nuovo, perfetto come da foto sul sito! Posizione strategica vicino ai supermercati e alle colonnine per la ricarica per la nostra auto elettrica. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla ed è ottimamente isolato per i rumori. Gentilissima la sig.ra Anna (Host), sempre disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno."

"Pros: The apartment was everything and so much more. Centrally located, clean, lovely garden and facilities. Host was wonderful as well, he catered to our every need. There is a BBQ in the garden which was great, great terrace and very specious apartment with loads of storage."
