Nice hotel in a great location. Not too far away to walk into the city, and bus stops nearby as well if you dont feel like walking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice enough, only gripe was the air con wasnt great, so room was quite warm at times.

Hotel was nice nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice little bonus of 10% of food and 2 for £14 on cocktails which was appreciated. A good 20/25 min walk into the town centre. We ended up getting taxis for the night and walking in the day.

Very pleasant and efficient staff. Room clean and well appointed. A few dings on doors and a coffee stain on the carpet, otherwise well presented. Lost marks by permitting loud drilling in the breakfast room with 40-50 guests present, when they could have waited 45 minutes for breakfast to finish. That said, good value for money overall and would return.

Staff were adequate although not overly warm. Building itself was not bad and some unique, kitsch touches around the place. Food was average. I stayed for 2 days on business and made the most of the room service which again was adequate. An okay place to spend 1 night if you had to.

Staff very friendly . We had an issue and didn’t feel safe with a person who was drunk and they moved us straight away. Dining staff friendly helped find a table not in the sun as beautiful as it is . Plenty food. Buffet not very hot but that’s understandable for a buffet . Lovely stay
