Excellent service from receptionist on arrival and they kindly upgraded us to a suite due to our celebration and we were incredibly grateful. The room was immaculate and sound from the streets outside was quiet due to the double layer of windows. Ear plugs were provided in case though. Staff all really helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. The only downside was that it was very difficult finding the car park.

Lovely hotel .A bit noisy as near some all night bars and the bass was heard until the early hows so if you want to chill you couldnt. Near the centre so good location for the stay, .staff friendly bar a little expensive and shuts spot on 11 which was disappointing.

Hotel Location is great. Room was great. Breakfast possibly one of the worst experiences. Tables dirty and not cleared. Waiting for cutlery, drinks dispensers to be refilled, the food to be replenished. Spent more time queuing and waiting than we did eating
