Pleasant and friendly staff. Right in the city centre, very convenient to explore the city. Property itself is clean, comfortable. The noise from Rock City is unavoidable as it’s literally next door but it’s not bothersome as some reviewers described, it gives an atmosphere/ vibe to the property being bang on in the city centre

The room was clean, kitchen was fully equiped, microwave too, ironing board and iron. White Stuff toileteries and hairdryer. We didn't use the parking, though there is a muti-storey Car Park adjacent. Central for city centre, 20min walk to Motorpoint Arena

Lovely hotel, excellent location just far too hot! Aircon in the room only went down to 19 and even with the window open it was boiling. Everything else was fab and we would stay again. Parking right next door. Comfy bed.

Not stayed at Roomzzz before and was pleasantly surprised. It was really useful to have kitchenette which made light work of breakfast. It’s not 5 star glam but every thing worked and a really comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay
