Windsor Palace Hotel

"We had a fantastic family time at the Windsor Palace Hotel in Jachranka and I highly recommend this place for a getaway with kids! The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the massive space both inside and outside gives children plenty of freedom. The entire grounds are beautifully landscaped, including a wonderful garden and a beach accessed via a charming path through the woods and a rope park, which was a great adventure in itself. The service deserves a special mention. The Windsor Palace staff is extremely professional, helpful, and accommodating to the needs of a family, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts were simply excellent tasty, fresh, and varied so even picky eaters left full and happy. The hotel offers tons of brilliant activities, meaning there was absolutely no room for boredom. A well equipped kids playroom, a bowling alley, and a disco allow for a great time regardless of the weather. All of this in the picturesque area of the Zegrze Reservoir, and at a fantastic, very fair price. We will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful large room, and we were greeted with champagne and chocolates. Jacuzzi was the perfect temperature and so relaxing. Breakfast was pretty varied although last time we visited there were many more options. When we entered the room it wasn't the cleanest. Some coffee stains on furniture so just didn't have that fresh feel."

"On May 22, 2026, I gave them an excellent review, but the next day, on 5/23/26, I regretted that I did. Anyway, the breakfast was included in my room rate, but I missed it. I was 20 minutes late. The restaurant door was still open. They took away the food, but there was some left over coffee, so poured it into the cup. A male staff worker came to me and told me: “The breakfast is over! You can’t have that coffee! You need to go to the bar and buy one!” He literally took away the cup that I filled from me!!! I was shocked!!! I told him: “I didn’t have a breakfast, for which I already paid, and I poured this left-over coffee into the cup, and you are taking it away from me, after I stayed for three nights here!?!? WOW!!! You’re gonna spill that coffee instead of letting me have it, as a way of appreciating the client!?” I told the receptionist about the incident. She said: “Sorry! These are the rules!” I said: “We are human beings, not robots, who blindly follow the rules. Nobody in my country would ever do this to anybody in such a situation! They would say - Help yourself! The coffee is on us!” I’m still shocked! This is not the way to treat customers. In addition to that, the pump in the toilet produces a strange noise, even when you’re not using it. The walls are thin, so you can hear other slamming the doors. The bed is too narrow. The window curtain is so thin that the morning sun awakes you the moment it rises. I’m changing my review to VERY POOR - UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!!"

"I was so lucky that I have found this hostel it literally saved my layover the owner himself called me back because there was a misunderstanding with the booking, he arranged a taxi service to picked me up at the airport and also he arrange another one for the next day and everything was just perfect and made everything so smooth and easy I recommend this hostel also for the price and good location near to modlin airport. "

"We have stayed at this property a number of times now and if different rooms. As usual we were very happy with the apartment, and ease of check in. Value for money is also great, with it being located in a good location of Pultesk. Spacious, and across the road from a grocery shop. "
