"We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in during this trip! The hotel staff were friendly and although we did not speak German and they did not speak English, we managed to communicate. There was a locked bike cage in the garage which we appreciated. By bike it was a quick cycle into the centre of town where we found a bakery, grocery store and a lovely park. "

"Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen NICHT! Erwarten manche Leute von einem einfachen Hotel ohne Sterne vielleicht ein 5*-Hotel. Mein Mann und ich sind sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, uns wurde alles erklärt. Wir durften am Folgetag sogar das Auto noch eine Weile nach dem Auschecken auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz des Hotels lassen, damit wir uns die Stadt bzw. die Fußgängerzone, in der sich das Hotel befindet, anschauen. "The staff were spectacular -very helpful and kind. Room was clean, and modern. Lobby was nice. Easy walk to town and train station with a small grocery store at the other end of the parking lot. Shower was not easy to climb into and wouldn’t work for tall people. Also, the temperature control was confusing and didn’t seem to change the temperature no matter how we changed it. Still- I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it."

"Room cold Told to move car to back lot as it was in an electric one even though there are four spaces. No spot available at back so parked beside building. Next morning i see a non electric car parked in the space I was in. Told receptionist this at check out - she offered to reimburse €15 cost but did not know how to refund me. She spoke with her colleague who decided not to offer a refund as I had parked inside. I stated that there was no reason for me to move from my initial parking space and...
