"Wonderful Condo, Beautiful Location, and an Exceptional Host!We had a wonderful 10-night stay at Roxana’s beautiful condo at Royal Palm in Nueva Gorgona. The condo was comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly as pictured, with beautiful views and a wonderful location for exploring the surrounding beach communities. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home. What made our experience especially memorable, however, was Roxana. Shortly after our arrival, we unexpectedly learned that Royal Palm management had closed the guest pools for renovation. Unfortunately, management had not notified Roxana in advance, so she was just as surprised and disappointed as we were. From the moment she learned about the situation, Roxana went above and beyond. She immediately contacted management, kept us informed, sincerely acknowledged our disappointment, and offered several thoughtful ways to make the situation right. Ultimately, she generously offered us a complimentary night's stay at her lovely studio in Panama City for us to explore and enjoy the city. Roxana was professional, responsive, thoughtful, kind, and extraordinarily generous throughout our stay. Anyone can be a good host when everything goes according to plan; an exceptional host reveals herself when something unexpected happens. Roxana certainly did that for us. Thank you, Roxana, for your hospitality and especially for the care you showed us! We would happily stay again and highly recommend you to future guests!"

"My wife and I have stayed in many many VRBO condos all over the world - Donna’s place ranks in the very top of our list. She’s is definitely a professional / meticulous host. She provides outstanding communication regarding checking in, condo usage and even provides a short video on how to open her electronic door lock! Thanks Donna for all the info on places to see, places to eat and all the great communication. We will try to get back soon!!"
