Very friendly staff. Erick @ the pool keep the drinks flowing, Jolio greeted us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Carlo mad sure we had transportation when we needed it. Very nice place away from all of the busy touristy places. Good place to just relax

I have a great time, love the place, my only comment is to have a more friendly Senior walks, example in the Ventanas restaurant my mom is a senior 73 and have difficulty to climb stairs and it was no other way to get in to the restaurant even though is a ramp in the outside we couldn't used the outside door.

The property is pretty. However the services were sub-par. The hotel jacuzzi didnt work. Only 2 of the restaurants and buffet were open during my 4 night stay. The room service did not answer the phone when we called at least 5 different time. The "security manager" was disgustingly rude to me. The best part of the hotel was the bartenders, they were nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I repeat DO NOT STAY here. The property is not what it claims to be. We booked when it was a previous hotel name and were never made aware of the change. The description of the hotel is deceiving. The hotel claims to have 7 restaurants and a store. At one point there was not one place to eat because all the restaurants were closed. There was no way to order food near the pool. We were scammed into upgrading our room which was on a special floor that had food laying out that animals were eating and it ended up being a standard room. There was a big storm and the roof started leaking. We had no towels in our room. We ended up leaving the resort after one night because there was nothing to do and nowhere to eat. When we asked for a refund for the nights we were no longer staying at the resort, they refused to refund us. We had no issue paying for the night we were there but refusing to refund for the nights we weren’t even staying was unacceptable and unprofessional. Please save your money and got to the Hyatt Ziva!

El servicio del personal es sorprendente. Muy bien. Lo que tienen que trabajar un poco son en los restaurantes, les falta personalidad en particular el Efisia/Asiatico. Una sugerencia es que el italiano sea Mediterraneo y ahí cabe el concepto de Italiano y medio oriente. El servibar es irrelevante. Solo tiene unas bebidas sin chiste. El agua que hay en los pisos sabe a agua de la llave. En un lugar tan caluroso se apreciaría tener termos con el logo del hotel en lugar de tantas botellitas de agua.

Lo que más nos agradó fue el de todo el personal. En especial Berta la gerente alimentos, Brenda, Paulina y Raúl en restaurantes, Erick alberca y playa, Elizabeth quien nos recibió. Y al Chef ejecutivo Rubén Chaparro quien nos preparó una cena espectacular. Gracias por todo. Hacen que la experiencia sea única.

Una linda experiencia las personas de cervicio muy amables exelente Cesilia hostess lindicima persona muy amable ,Arturo ,Daniela Rolando Gerrero muy atento Paulina Campos Victor Julio y Raul el Capitan y algunos otros que no recuerdo sus Nombres Quejqas no tengo de ninguna Indole muchas gracis por su hopitalidad Amparo Flores
