Supremely Beautiful Property and Delicious Food

My room, the views, landscaping/grounds, quality of the facilities, and food at this hotel are all superb and honestly in my view worthy of a much heftier rate. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this Nuwara Eliya!

Das Badezimmer hatte nur Fensterläden, was bei 13 Grad Aussentemperatur und Regen sehr kalt war. Das Zimmer war recht gross aber auch schwer beheizbar. Für zum Inforpool musste man draussen durch die Kälte und Regen. Das Morgenessen wie Waffeln, Frenchtoast waren nicht frisch und hart. Man konnte zusehen, wie die Waffeln ein weiteres Mal in die Form gelegt wurden um diese zu erhitzen.

Great hotel

excellent hotel but a little far from town. There Is a little local village beside and pleasant to walk around to experience local culture. Staff eager to please and property is inviting.

Staff super friendly, room was clean and as pictured. There was a heater in the room to keep us warm at night, but there was no air condition in our room. We opened the windows to get some fresh air, it was perfect until we were woken up by the early morning prayer from nearby monastery.

The staff are great here, they can’t do enough for you. The location, while being away from the main town for us was preferable as it is a short tuk tuk ride away so you can get back to your sanctuary and amazing views if you are lucky to be on 4th floor. Didn’t use the pool, looks inviting but it is in an odd location. The buffet breakfast and dinner laid on a great variety of food - we did not go hungry. Enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice and new hotel, located on a hill with great view. The cleanliness and staff service are up to standard, but some of the facilities are still not in place. Hot water tap in the shower of my room didn't work properly, and the internet is very slow. However, the overall stay we had here is pleasurable.
