This quaint cottage, nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Oak Bluffs, is perfect for a romantic getaway, a special place to bring your favorite friends, or a wonderful spot to have a family vacation. Some guests also choose to have a solo retreat to read, write, explore, and re-center. Cottage visitors comment on the welcoming feeling they experience as soon as they walk in the door, and the sweet simplicity of this cozy abode.

The Cottage sleeps 4 easily. There is a queen-sized futon on the ground level, and a king-sized sleeping loft. The living area has a comfy cozy futon, SmartTV, an activity/game drawer, and FREE WIFI. The kitchen contains a full-sized stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a Keurig machine - so bring your favorite k-cups! There is a washer/dryer for your use as well. There are plenty of towels and linens, so no need to bring your own.

After a full day of exploring, bike riding, shopping, or finding creative inspiration, enjoy a nice dinner or a bottle of wine on the attached deck. It's a perfect place for star gazing too!

There’s plenty to do within walking distance, and a taxi or public transportation can get you to the other Vineyard towns, so a car is not necessary (but it’s nice to have). The Cottage is a mile from Oak Bluffs Center and the town beaches, so a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride will bring you to either.

Perfect little cottage!

Lori’s cottage is a lovely retreat. It’s clean and quiet, had everything we needed, and had cute seaside decorative touches. The loft ladder is steep, but if you don’t mind heights, the king sized bed is worth the climb!

Fantastic First Trip To MV

We loved everything about this perfect little dollhouse cottage !! Lori is an excellent host and her home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay ! The location is perfect! This was our first of hopefully many trips to Martha’s Vineyard!

Thanks Lori! We really enjoyed your home. Its small yet everything we needed to relax and enjoy island life was right there. Very quiet area on dead end street plus an easy/bike walk into town, to the beaches. Can't wait to come back!

Loved the property. Small but very well-appointed,& comfortable. Owner Lori is delightful to work with and very helpful, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Cottage is clean, well-stocked with TP, Paper towels, cleaning and laundry supplies, fresh sheets and towels. It was the perfect space for our Mother/daughter trip.

Perfect weekend

Everything was perfect for us! Came in on bikes and very easy from VH ferry and Oak Bluffs downtown . Tony’s market was a stones throw. Edgartown was 25 minutes by bike. Enjoyable low stress weekend. House was perfect for us The Regan’s from Maine

Very cute

Porch needs a little TLC. Road to unit had a lot of pot holes. House was a little cluttered (didn't leave much surface space - which is needed in a small place like this). Otherwise, it was a very nice stay. Lori was great with communication.

The CUTEST cottage ever!

This was the most cutest place that I could’ve ever chosen! Not only was it perfectly appointed with cottage like linens and dishes, it was immaculately clean. It is also very close to the main town which is only had 12 minute walk. Or he was super helpful with any questions I had. I stayed with my husband and my two teenage children. They did not want to share a bed as there are only two so Lori ordered a blowup mattress for us! I felt like I had been transported to a different place! It was absolutely beautiful I highly recommend this property! Also, if I had a question, Lori was very quick to reply! Our stay was magnificent!

Clean, cozy cottage

This cottage was PERFECT for our vineyard visit. Lori was professional and hospitable, the cottage was clean & comfortable, and it was very close in proximity to Circuit St. in Oak Bluffs. Within walking distance of Smoke & Bones and Tony's Market. Anderson's Bikes will also deliver to the house. The interior decor is just charming. The washer/dryer and full kitchen were very convenient. We could've stayed for a week or more. This was just right for us and our 3 small children. Lori gave some great recommendations to us and really went the extra mile in helping us feel at home. We will definitely be coming back!

Charming and Cozy

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the cottage in March of 2016. It's situated in a quiet and very convenient location off the main road, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops on Circuit Ave. The kitchen was well equipped with monogrammed flatware and fun gadgets we don’t have at home (special pancake-making pan, anyone?). We didn’t use it, but the outdoor shower would be great after a beach day. The ladder to the sleeping loft, luckily, has little grippy-things. It was easy once you got used to it, but older folks or those less steady on their feet might want to opt for the foldout bed on the ground floor, where an impressive DVD collection can also be found for those rainy days. There’s a certain added enjoyment of tiny living quarters. It feels like you’re using *just* the right amount of space. It was the perfect home base for our MV adventures. The cottage had everything we needed and we look forward to returning again. J and C

My teenage daughter and i stayed for a week- the property was perfect for us. She loved the bed up in the loft. the house had all the amenities we needed- some we hadn't thought of- an umbrella for the beach for example. The bed and futon couch were both comfortable, the linens were comfy and clean- the location of the cottage is perfect- tony's market down the street, inkwell beach within walking distance, as is downtown oak bluffs. And the washer and dryer allow for light packing!

Martha’s Vineyard Cottage

This place is exactly as described and pictured on the website. Cute, clean, quiet cul de sac. All appliances in working order. Lori, the property manager was communicative, promptly and happily addressing all questions. I would definitely go back. :)

Place is located in quiet neighborhood. We didn't rent a car - so a bit of a walk everyday into town. Beds were very comfortable. There were 4 of us that stayed at the place - a bit tight for 4 - deal for 2! Helped having the outdoor shower with 4 people.

Cute cottage!

We enjoyed our unique stay at this sweet little cottage. The cottage slept 4 with 2 in the loft and 2 on the flip down couch. It has a kitchen and indoor and outdoor shower. It is as listed and pictured. It is snug and cozy and we made great memories!

Great little house in a nice, quiet neighborhood

My family (wife and two young daughters) stayed in this cottage for 4 nights in mid June. The property is pristine. The inside is exactly what you see in pictures. It's very small, but we know that from the listing. MV isnt a place you want to spend much time indoors anyway. We brought our bikes, which was great because the house is just under a mile from the center of town. Our girls made a little nest up in the loft and seemed to love it. My wife and I slept on the opened futon downstairs and it was fine. Just needed to close it up each day. Loved the outdoor shower! We would definitely stay here again.

island getaway

The location is great. Away from traffic and quiet, yet a easy walk to restaurants and shops. The access road is a block from Tonys Market for supplies. Outdoor space feels private too. The place has everything we needed for cooking up breakfast. The ladder to the loft is taller and steeper than I expected, but well secured had extra handles. My husband and I slept up there on a super comfortable mattress. We have 2 teenagers and used the extra inflatable mattress for a third bed. We loved the outdoor shower. Fans and airconditioning were set for a cool arrival. Host was responsive helpful and kind.
