Featuring an incredible blend of outdoor living areas and beautiful interior spaces, the TipSea Pelican is the ultimate destination to unwind and relax in coastal bliss. This home has it all — from the spectacular backyard oasis with a private saltwater pool to an abundance of amenities. It's situated only a short stroll to the beach, right down the road from the Scenic Walkway, and less than a mile away from the Ocean Crest Pier. As soon as you step into this home, you'll be charmed by the bright open floor plan, calming coastal decor, and gorgeous 15-foot vaulted ceilings!
