"This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot...

The garden was lovely to sit in and the backdrop was pleasant. We could watch birds, insects, rabbits deer and I think I even saw a hare. "Staying here for the graduation of my daughter, this is an ideal location. Just a slight negative: As there is no car park on site, it was a bit of a hassle to drop off our stuff and check in. Then there was the trek to get to our room. Regrettably, no lifts, so dripping in sweat when we got to our room. Once, everything was in the room, it was a case of driving our car to one of the designated car parks, and then walking back(took circa 15-18minutes). This is really the only very slight issue. Weigh this up with the fact that you are on campus, and everything is in easy walking distance.(Exeter town centre is only about 1.5miles away). The breakfast is excellent too. The cherry on the cake was the awesome sunset and view. To sum up, highly recommended to anyone staying for a graduation or other event."
