"Nice stay, convenient location."

"The hotel was good, but a little bit old."

"Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and it was a great atmosphere. The one issue I had with this location is the fact that they kept giving keys to rooms that were already being used by other guests. That was absolutely not good. A family member walked into a room that was already being used. I put the DND sign on my door and a couple knocked asking if they had the right room which they did but my Husband and I had already been checking a full 24 hours at that point."

"Everything was good"

"Check in was smooth, front desk was pleasant, 2 different shift personnel, both pleasant. Lobby was decorated for Halloween nicely. I stay at Sonesta Select for Uncc home football games and have always been satisfied. Room has always been clean and beds and pillows are very comfortable. Only stayed in the patio rooms every visit."

"Delayed checkin with housekeeping running behind almost an hour, but all else went well."
