4-room cottage 117 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious and bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace, digital TV, flat screen and DVD. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer). Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only EN.
