"This is a hidden gem. A car is essential as the hotel is in a very pretty but rural area with no other facilities. However the hotel is absolutely first class, the rooms are spacious, airy and well appointed. The hotel restaurant is brilliant with a great selection of local dishes and on Saturday and Sunday a quaint small bar at the front of the hotel where you can sit and watch the occasional cyclist or car go by. "This hotel is a gem in the Udine area. The cleanliness and maintenance are impeccable. Every detail has been looked at and been thought about. Breakfast was perfect with enough hot and cold choices and everything was fresh and yummy. The staff are polite and professional. Great parking area and plenty of restaurants on foot distance. Free use of the swimming pool if you are staying.

Very clean and well-maintained apartment with updated appliances (range/oven, dishwasher, clothes washer). There is AC and heat, with double doors opening to a balcony to take in coastal breezes. A small, reliable elevator takes you to the upper floors. If driving, limited parking is available in front of the building, but is often occupied. The area is very busy, and fortunately there is secure, private parking in a garage around the corner. An assigned spot is issued in your welcome packet together with electronic key pass and mapped directions provided by Le Terrazze. There is a daily parking fee for this service, but well worth it for first time visitors. This property is an efficient and well-run operation with all aspects taken into consideration. Communications are responded to quickly and consicely in Italian and English via text. Lobby reception is open until 1pm, with keyless entry required otherwise. As a first-time visitor I was very pleased with my stay and am already considering a return visit in the near future. Highly recommended. "
