Von unserem schön möblierten Balkon haben Sie einen traumhaften Blick auf den Brünnstein, dem Oberaudorfer Hausberg, sowie den umliegenden Wiesen und Berge. In aller Ruhe können Sie natürlich auch im Garten der Anlage relaxen. Weiter finden Sie einen Fahrradraum und Skiraum im Haus. PKW-Tiefgaragenplätze sind exklusiv reserviert. Lassen Sie sich angenehm überraschen. Alle im Haus vorhandenen Einrichtungen stehen zur Verfügung (Hallenbad mit 30 Grad warmen Wasser, Sauna, Fitnessraum, Brötchenservice, Internetanschluss: T-Com WLAN-HotSpot kostenlos). Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung und für Allergiker geeignet.

Sie ist durch das große Panoramafenster und den Dachfenstern sehr hell und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Wildbarren und das Kranzhorn. Das 1 1/2-Zimmer Dachstudio Nr. 64 mit 40 qm Wohnfläche besteht aus einem Schlafwohnzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer ausziehbaren Doppelcouch, einer Essecke und einer Küchenzeile und ist eine ideale Wohnung für 2 evtl. auch 3 Personen. Alle im Haus verfügbaren Einrichtungen wie Hallenschwimmbad (30 °, 12 x 6 m), Sauna, Fitnessraum, Wintergarten und Bibliothek, Tischtennisraum, Kinderspielzimmer, Liegewiese mit Liegestühlen stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Münz-Waschmaschine u. Trockner, Solarium, Münztelefon und ein in der Wohnung erreichbares Internet-LWLAN sind gegen Gebühr nutzbar. Ebenso können Sie den im Haus angebotenen Brötchendienst kostenlos nutzen. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und mit Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Mikroherd, Radio und HD-Flachbild-TV ausgestattet und wird u. a. als Nichtraucherwohnung auch von Allergikern bevorzugt. Wohnung Kranzhorn und Objekt.

Sehr angenehmene Erfahrung..Die Wohnung war sehr aufgeräumt und super sauber. Eigene Kissen sollte man sich eventuell selber mitbringen und der Eierkocher war jetzt nicht der beste ,aber ansonsten war alles sehr gut gewesen. Sehr schön ist das Schwimmbad das auch sehr sauber war ,sowie das ganze Objekt das gut gepflegt ist . Die Dame an der Rezeption war immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Super fanden wir auch den Brötchenservice, wo man unter anderem Brote, Butter, Milch etc. bestellen konnte und an der Rezeption für einen fairen Preis kaufen konnte . Danke für die tolle Gastfreundlich . Es hat uns sehr super gefallen und würden immer wieder kommen .
