"The hotel allows pets. The first room we were provided smelled like animal urine. I requested a room change and then the second room the toilet wasn’t working and maintenance had left for the day. The decor and bathroom was nice as well as the front lobby of the hotel, however for the price of the hotel I would have expected a much cleaner room."

"A concealed hotel near Zurich airport surpasses some four-star accommodations. It offers excellent breakfast and bar service. Our family room provided ample space with generous closet capacity for four adults. The shower featured a complete door with a raised edge that prevented moisture from reaching the vanity area. A separate full door to the toilet ensured privacy."

"Very very bad wifi connectivity. They say premium wifi but not at all. Even their conference wifi too. I have to use data and hotspot too. Please ask them to remove the premium wifi sign board from the property"
