"Heavy bedding even though summer. Room windows had been left open by staff during day and lot of little flying insects (mozzies) had got in when returned to room at night. Tea/coffee facilities, fridge and some bathroom shampoos and soaps would have been nice for such a high rated hotel. Staff pleasant enough on checkin. "

"This hotel is a hidden gem! I don't think you can get better conditions (swimming pool, saunas, steam room, lovely breakfast) and frendlier staff for the price. It's true that the furniture and decor are a little old-fashioned, but everything is sparkling clean, beds are comfortable, and rooms have huge balconies as well. I plan to come again, and again :) totally recommend! "

"We unfortunately just stayed for one night, but we loved our visit and would definitely go back. Staying at Hotel Mader is like going back in time in the best kind of way. Very historic rooms though still warm and comfortable. The breakfast included in our stay was amazing with every kind of food and so many drink options. The staff was very accommodating. Hope to return!"
