There are a total of three bedrooms available, all of which are equipped with 90 × 200 cm box spring beds, bed linen and towels.
Each room has its own smart TV, a clothes rack and two options for darkening the room.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and functional shower.
Toiletries, a hairdryer, towels and toilet paper are also provided.
The bathroom has a window with natural light and ventilation, making it well suited for larger groups. 🛁

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer, a sink, a kettle, a coffee machine and a microwave – ideal for preparing meals. The extra: we provide coffee sticks, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, cleaning products, coffee filters and kitchen roll. 🍽️


ZecheLoft by Linus – offers you a free parking space in the courtyard, right next to the building entrance.
Self-check-in allows you to enter the accommodation independently and flexibly during check-in hours.
Access is granted via a key box with a code. 🅿️

Place22 - This fully equipped accommodation not only offers direct connections to the König-Pilsener-Arena / Westfield CENTRO and Duisburg's inner harbour, but also to Movie Park, Duisburg Zoo, Düsseldorf Airport and, in future, Karls-Erlebnishof Oberhausen.


The surroundings:
The accommodation is located in a quiet and green residential area in Oberhausen Sterkrade/Alsfeld. The flat is on the ground floor with a view of the greenery.
The residents are quiet and friendly and are happy to help with any questions. 🏙️

Snack bars, restaurants and cafés, as well as shopping centres, are within walking distance, accessible by bus and train or by car. ☕️
