I stayed with my family for 3 nights. Nice hotel in the country side which is good for relaxing and piece of mind. Very friendly staff who is willing to do the extra step to go further beyond your expectations. The lady who manages the hotel is very nice and even upgraded us free of charge to enjoy our stay. Everyone is amazing and lots of nice facilities (pool, bowling, courts …). Efficient service and great food. I highly recommend the place and I would defiantly return if I get the chance. Thanks a lot!

Bella atmosfera

La prima cosa che mi ha colpito all'arrivo (verso le 19) è stata l'assenza di persone alla reception, ma la predisposizione sul bancone di: foglio di benvenuto, chiave della camera, foglio da compilare e firmare. Che fiducia nel prossimo! La camera molto grande, comoda e silenziosa. La colazione abbondante e variegata. Consiglio questo hotel per una vacanza perché il posto è delizioso e si presta a delle belle camminate, oltre che a vari sport.

Hotel molto buono, soprattutto per la presenza di una bella area fitness. Camere belle pulite, calde (anche troppo). Check in anche senza personale quindi libertà di arrivare ad orari fuori da quelli standard

Ein tolles Tennishotel.

Wir waren als Paar mit Baby unterwegs und sind eine Nacht im Hotel gewesen. Die Zimmer sind ganz gut. Man merkt, dass es nicht mehr das jüngste Hotel ist, aber es ist gut in Schuss gehalten worden. Das Frühstücksbuffet und die Angestellten waren absolut OK. Für Sportler - vorallem Tennisspieler - sicher das ideale Ferienhotel.

Freundlich, aber Investitionsbedarf!

Gut, in Oberpullendorf darf man sich jetzt kein Luxushotel erwarten, aber die Zimmer und v.a. der Saunabereich sind/ist echt schon sehr adaptierungsbedürftig. Mein telefonisch geäußerter Wunsch, aufgrund meiner verspäteten Anreise die Sauna länger einzuheizen, wurde zwar befolgt, doch die Sauna selbst, das Dampfbad, die Liegen usw. sind einfach schon zu alt u. wirken teilweise ungustiös; nötige Reparaturarbeiten werden scheinbar nicht mehr gemacht - auch wenn alles sauber aussieht. Außerdem gab es für mich kein 2tes Badetuch am Zimmer - Rezeption war nicht mehr besetzt. Allerdings habe ich danach noch gut gegessen - Küche dürfte, so wie Frühstück und das Service insgesamt schwer in Ordnung sein. Bei der Abreise war auch die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich!
