We had a overall great stay at this property during our trip to Allgäu-Oberstdorf. The hotel room was spacious and clean, furniture were a little dated, but still in good condition. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, staff and service were friendly. Would definitely stay again when I’m the area.

Wir waren 3 Tage da. Jeden Tag beim Frühstück gab es mindestens ein Persnal, dass uns wegen ihrer schroffen Art den Kopf schütteln ließ. Also beim Service sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen fehlt einheitliche Schulung aller Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel selbst und der Wellness Bereich sind schön und bieten mehr Potential als es mit dem aktuellen Personal und dem mangelnden Taktgefühl her gibt. Und es steht und fällt eben mit dem Service.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und mein Zimmer war wunderschön. Die Ausstattung und Größe waren hervorragend, der Blick war ein Traum. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, das Schwimmbad leider etwas klein. Alles war sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man kann direkt von der Haustür aus die Wanderungen starten. Viele Parkplätze, gutes WLAN.

Ordentliche, aber teure Unterkunft in Oberstdorf

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, u.a. der SPA-Bereich, aber auch die Zimmer (zumindest unseres). Fotos im Internet sind geschönt. Preis/Leistung eher teuer. Hunde erlaubt, aber die Hotelrichtlinien und Preise sind nicht besonders hundebesitzerfreundlich. Liegt in Seitental von Oberstdorf (Ortsteil Tiefenbach). Gehört trotzdem zu den besseren Adressen von Oberstdorf.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet mit allem was dazugehört. Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet, tolles Bad mit Regendusche.

Zimmer waren rustikal und dem Flair der Region entsprechend. Sehr netter Empfang, gute Parkmöglichkeiten (ausreichend vorhanden). Spa Bereich war ebenfalls sehr angenehm mit 3 Saunen, aber der Whirpool darf gerne was mehr als 35c haben :)))

Top Hotel, leider ziemlich abseits

Schöne Zimmer, fantastischer Frühstück, wunderbacher Wellness-Bereich. Nur das Essensangebot im Restaurant könnte verbessert werden für die Gäste, die nicht Halbpension gebucht haben (zu wenige kleine Speisen) und vor allem die Anbindung nach Oberstdorf müsste verbessert werden

Unsere Suite war sehr groß und schön für 3 Erwachsene,aber ich war sehr enttäuscht darüber, dass Bilder schon wieder den Schein trüben.Es war ein Außenpool dargestellt und beschrieben, der nur ein kleiner Whirlpool war und auch den Spa Bereich fand ich für diese Preiskategorie zu klein. Der Innenpool sah im Bild auch viel größer aus.Mit 5 Leuten war er schon relativ voll und schwimmen konnte man auch nicht wirklich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und auch das Essen am Abend sehr gut in schönem Ambiente. Allerding würde ich dieses Hotel im Sommer nicht noch einmal buchen.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr zweckmäßig und hatte ein modernes Badezimmer. Der Wellnessbereich hatte ein großes Angebot. Leider durften wir als Gäste ohne Halbpension erst ab 19:30 Uhr das Lokal betreten, obwohl noch Tische frei waren. Es gab auch keine Menükarte für Gäste wie uns. Am letzten Abend haben wir den Wellnessbereich vorzeitig verlassen, da eine Gruppe junger Gäste mit Sektflaschen lautstark Party machten.

Die Personal war äußerst hilfreich und freundlich. Unsere Unterkunft war grösser und bequemer als erwartet. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr schön und erholsam. Essen war auch fein. Alles stimmt!

Die erste Begrüßung an der Rezeption war unmöglich und ich denke die Dame hat es in unseren Gesichtsausdrücken bemerkt, den dann hat sie etwas umgeschwenkt. Aber der erste Eindruck bleibt halt in Erinnerung. Aber zum Glück gab es auch einen netten Herrn dann später an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer waren super, alles in einem extra Raum. Toilette extra nicht mit im Bad, top. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer extra, top. Was meiner Tochter und mir nicht gefallen hat, war im Bereich des Restaurants, es hingen neben unserem Tisch riesige Spinnenweben und die ganzen Glasscheiben bräuchten dringend eine Reinigung. In einem Hotel mit ausgehängter Kleiderordnung, darf so etwas nicht vorkommen. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir super schönes Wetter hatten, haben uns den Bereich nur angesehen und hätte uns dort gefallen.

Die Junior Suite war sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr relaxing. Frühstücksbüffet war auch super. Wünschenswert wäre gewesen, der Hinweis, dass die Juniorsuite im Nebengebäude ist und nicht direkt im Hauptgebäude mit direktem Blick auf die Berge. Die Bedienung im Restaurant mit dem grünen Dirndl und blonden Haaren war auch sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
