This waterfront building is located where the bay meets the ocean offering all-encompassing views of the waterways. The main living area boasts an open floor plan design with access to the dining and kitchen spaces and sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony! Get ready to make all the meals for your family and friends in the fully stocked kitchen. Relax after a long beach day in the master bedroom with queen bed and private ensuite bathroom offering a shower/tub combo. The Guest bedroom is located right beside with a queen bed and bonus twin rollaway bed. Conveniently located in the hallway you will find a washer/dryer perfect for washing swimsuits drying towels and more. As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries!

We were just 2 streets over from the inlet - no parking issues. No bus or traffic issues. When we needed a break we could walk back. The only negative is that the furnishings aren’t the most comfortable but we weren’t there much. It was perfect for what we needed.

We came in for Boardwalk Rock Fest and could have been happier about the location. Was literally a block away. The place itself was lovely with a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats each morning. The only initial issue we had was finding the elevator to get to the room. It’s a little confusing from the parking lot but truly not a complaint just a point to note! We will definitely be back!!
