The room was clean, the staff were so friendly. They had a golf cart available to take you back and forth to the beach. The bartenders at the pool were working so hard and never left us with an empty glass. The pool has a DJ for happy hour, which we loved because we have teenagers. This was our second time, and we will be back.

Manager Leah is exceptional, and Akira… I came back for my birthday for the second time. They provided excellent care for me. The hotel is amazing; the water view and pets stay free, and I loved that. The boat taxi ride to and from the hotel was amazing. So many great things come with the hotel.

Great time staying at Aloft with our softball families for a week of Nationals! All the staffs were wonderful and accommodating. Will for sure stay with them again! Kids had a great time here especially with the pool, pool table and xbox.

Very nice property. Clean and great location, directly across the street from the beach and near many restaurants. Short drive to the boardwalk. The property itself has a great restaurant as well, with outdoor seating area and bar. We enjoyed being poolside and enjoyed the DJ.

Staff was very friendly at the front desk.1st day when we pulled the sheets back on the bed found a brown stain with rice on the sheets.Asked for room service that never came we stayed for 4 nights with no service.. Aka no fresh beds/new towels nor empty the trash can. Microwave can be found in the hallway near the elevator and micro size refrigerator in the room would not recommend for a long stay. Would not be staying here again for the price point.

Probably my favorite hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. For the basics this hotel checks all the boxes. Clean rooms, an abundance of simple amenities, and helpful staff. But where this hotel really shines is in the location and quality of the rooms. The view overlooking the sea and pool was absolutely breathtaking and the size and space of the rooms was much more than I expected. Plus the price point for this hotel was cheaper than alternative options during the holiday week; even with hotels that I’ve stayed with in the past that are objectively worse. All in all, I will be staying here during my next stay in Ocean City. 100%
