Check in was easy, was also able to have a late check out for $25 extra. Only 3/4 blocks from beach. Was able to accommodate my grandmother, my toddler and myself. Beds were comfy and water pressure for shower was excellent. Pool was very relaxing as well. Will stay here again!

Totally worth it😊❤️❤️❤️

Super nice! I like that the room is clean, super close to the beach and boardwalk, we can walk there in less than 5 minutes. It is reasonable price, compared to all the other places that are way too expensive! Staffs are nice and polite, good job👍👍😊😊❤️

The room was clean with 2 beds. No heat and No blankets to keep warm. Very noisy from other tenants. Slamming doors, runny up and down stairs. Yelling and talking late at night. But you get what you paid for. It did the job.

Its definitely not a fancy hotel. It could use updated. But the staff is amazing. And its a great location. We would definitely go back. The little food place there has really good food. They serve breakfast and lunch. If you're not picky. Definitely consider the Blue Wave inn.

Definitely a Festival Motel

The location for our purpose was great! The office only had one key ( because the other was lost), the outside door wouldn’t shut), but there was quite a bit space. Thank goodness we didn’t need HOT showers because the water was only luke warm at best. But the room served our purpose for the weekend

It was ok. The property was clean but is lacking maintenance, especially the bathroom. The walls were somehow repaired but not re-painted, there are no towel hooks or bars and shower curtain rod is rusted. The bathroom by the pool wasn’t working. On the other hand, location was good with walkable distance to beach and boardwalk and quiet.

Instead of deposit being charged on day of booking it was charged first day of visit and we had to pay in full at check in. That’s not at all what the website said. Beds were comfy but room wasn’t clean, stains on sheets pillows and chairs. Only 1 roll of half used toilet paper and no soap other than the shampoo and conditioner in the shower. It was a great location however so if your really just looking for a bed it’s fine

The motel is close to the beach and broadwalk. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room could have been cleaner.  We found hair on the side of the tub and on the chairs. Be prepared to clean the bathroom before you use it. I would not use the dingy towels and washcloths, we brought some from home. The drop ceiling had water stains but the decor was not bad. The room had double beds and I didn't see any signs of bed bugs.  There is no separate outdoor spaces.  Overall, if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay that is close to the beach, and are willing to clean and bring some of your own things from home this motel would not be the worst place to stay.

Terrible quality

Place was very rundown with exposed wood, rotten wood, nails sticking up, broken doors in both rooms, black mold in the bathrooms of both rooms. Staircases broken and in poor condition. Stovestop in kitchenette only had 2 working burners electrial cover on the walls were broken and exposed electrical wireing. There was white ducktape on the shower tub fixture and covering broken plastic. Save your money for a better quality place to stay the reviews were very good and it had a good rateing please rate the true quality of this location and save others vacation. I will say that it was also very unpleasant to hear and see them cutting lumber with powertools right next to us 2 foot away to hang shelving up for their outdoor building rather than fixing the issues with the rooms or stairs
