Boardwalk One was nice. My only complaint was the mattresses are horrible. I could feel the springs when I laid down on it. Other than that, loved the location, the water pressure and all appliances worked too.

WE HAD NICE WEATHER FRI AND SAT BUT SUNDAY IT RAINED SO WE FOUND AN ANTIQUE STORE " A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING " AND SHE GAVE US A MAP OF OTHER ANTIQUE STORES, TO SEE ON A RAINY SUNDAY.. WE ATECAT HOOPERS , ANGLER AND HUDSONS, ALLNGREAT FOOD AND PRICES

The property itself was good, a little dated but clean otherwise. The three women working the desk were the best part. They were very kind and accommodating to my family. The only part that was not so good was the small print from expedia about this being a timeshare property as we had to change rooms mid trip.

Solid place..great location

Great Location. It is a time share so you could be asked to change rooms and there aren't much ammenities but a little pool but the 2 minute walk to boardwalk on 1st street is crucial

Got better than what I expected for the price. Front desk ladies were happy & helpfully. Only thing that would be nice would be some type of dimmer lights for night, outlets near beds & softer beds. Will definately be staying here again! Full kitchen with full size fridge saved us $ not having to eat out. It's like a hotel sized condo.

The property was clean and in a great location. Was an efficiency apartment with two Murphy beds. Nice little balcony with a view of the boardwalk and the beach. Only negative was the couches. Normally not an issue but when a hurricane is approaching and you’re stuck inside a comfortable couch would be nice to have.

Although we were told about some balconies were closed during our stay, we didn't know ahead of time that our room was one affected. It didn't appear any work was being done on the balcony during our stay. The room was fine and pretty spacious. It was nice having a kitchen. Proximity to boardwalk was awesome.
