  • This 2 bedroom/2 bath totally remodeled condo is over 1k square feet with incredible bay views! Located downtown on 3rd St. along fishing pier and next to FREE city pickleball/tennis/skateboard park (fee)/ playground/basketball court and only 3 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk fun. Building offers an elevator, two assigned parking spots and a bayfront pool. We have a fully equipped kitchen yet still close to plenty of great restaurants/bars & live entertainment. There is a large balcony to enjoy the boats passing by and those famous OC sunsets. We also provide sheets! Master has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen & there is a pullout sofa w/ a full bed. 3 flat screen tv's, high speed internet & plenty of seating. You can have it all! ****Top notch detailed cleaning between rentals, just read the reviews!
    PROVIDED- bed linens, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, trash bags, two rolls toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels.
    NOT PROVIDED-bath & beach towels, additional toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner.
    There is a market only 1 block away if you forget anything!

Beautiful and in the perfect location!

We loved our stay in Katie’s condo. It was immaculately kept and the location was close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the bay without a bunch of noise and people walking around. My boys also took advantage of the park next to the condo to play some pickle ball. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to OCMD.

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for me and my husband! Plenty of room, and it is in great condition. The location can’t be beat - we could walk to the Boardwalk, we had onsite parking at the condo building, and the sunset view in the evenings from the balcony was AMAZING! We will definitely book here again! Katie was wonderful to work with.

My friend & I were very pleased with the condo. The location was great. Directly overlooking the Bay. We enjoyed watching the boats go by & the fisherman fishing from the boardwalk. A. Very relaxing week. The condo had everything one would need for a long vacation. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this vacation condo to a family vacationing in the Ocean City area.

The best!

This is a wonderful property! First, it is extremely clean, updated and has all of the necessities! Secondly, we didn’t need the host for anything but she called me an hour or so before check in to let me know her home was ready! We loved the location, the balcony, the pool, everything was amazing and we will be booking again with Katie! Easy check in and two parking spots! Thank you!

PERFECT!

My gfs and I were about to book a condo we stayed in in the past, but thankfully this listing popped up. Better price point and 100x nicer than the other spot. We were thrilled with how clean and nice the place was, and we will absolutely stay again in the future. We got to OC about an hour earlier than check-in and Katie allowed up to park and access the unit to unload our refrigerated goods. Super convenient and helpful. We appreciated this stay.

Perfect family vacation

This was our first time taking our three kids, ages 10, 8 & 6 for a full week in Ocean City. Everything was perfect! The condo was clean, and welcoming. The view stunning! The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach every day and the boardwalk in the evenings. We walked to restaurants and enjoyed eating back at the condo to enjoy the beautiful sunset view. We had a day at the pool that we really enjoyed. The check in/out process could not have been easier and Katie is so easy to reach and communicate with. We are already looking forward to staying again next summer!

Weve stayed at these condos b4, always love them no matter which 1 we stay at! My only thing is maybe a little deep clean like under beds, couches, behind tv stand, night stands but i understand thats not a clean that happens often but as we were making sure we had everything from under beds & couches b4 we left we seen band aids, a drink that had been spilled under couch, (not us, we made kids take food & drinks to balcony) anywho over all, great place, great stay! We'll be back!

Memorial Day 2024

Group of four had an awesome week in Ocean City! Condo is located in great location with easy walking access to beach, boardwalk, fishing pier, bay, community park, stores, and restaurants. Unit was clean, comfortable, updated decor, and spacious with all amenities as advertised. Watching sunsets and boats from bayfront deck was super relaxing! Parking on-site conveniently located right outside the unit down just one short flight of steps. Host Katie was awesome and quickly responded to questions prior to stay and communicated day of checkin to ensure no issues. Looking forward to next trip to OC and staying here again!

Sunfest 2023 getaway

Stayed at Katie's condo Thurs-Sunday for Sunfest 2023, the property was nicely updated and very clean, it had everything we needed for out stay, very quiet location, away from all the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to everything that we did not need to get back in the car during our stay, awesome views of the bay with beautiful sunsets, also enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the fishermen fishing from the bay boardwalk, within walking distance to our favorite restaurants De Lazy Lizard, Toast, and Brass Balls. Owner ( Katie) even called to say we can check in early since the condo was already cleaned.

Loved our stay

The unit was a very nice place for us to stay. It is within walking distance to the beach and downtown boardwalk and there are many restaurants close by on the bay side. We also like to travel to Assateague Island so this location was desirable. The unit was very clean, was easily accessible, has close parking, Beautiful views on the bay, larger than anticipated deck area for our crab feast, lots of boating activity going by on the water. We watched dolphins go by a few times and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Nothing to complain about, maybe I would suggest handheld shower heads and re-arrangement of furniture in second bedroom for easier access on back side of bed. Also Katie was very responsive to our questions beforehand and called us on our day of check-in to let us know her place was ready for us an hour earlier. I know an early check-in is not always possible and we did not request it, but it sure came in handy. Thanks Katie. It was a wonderful place for us to spend our vacation.

Perfect Vacation

I would love to tell everyone that the condo was awful and tell people to stay away because we want it all to ourselves! Haha But seriously, We can not say enough good about our stay and our host Katie! The condo location is perfect! Close to the boardwalk and has AMAZING views of the bay! It is very inviting and has the perfect beach decor! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to eat in and had many restaurants close enough to eat out. Nothing like ordering from our FAVORITE place Higgins and eating on the porch at the large table watching the boats, people fishing from the boardwalk below and dauphin playing in the bay! Our host Katie is fantastic! She went above and beyond for us! She was so accommodating! We have already booked for next year and are counting down the days!! Like I said.... Perfect Vacation!
