The townhouse boasts a spacious 2-car garage with a ductless mini-split system. There is a total of 3 parking spaces. Directly on the Maryland-Delaware line, there are several restaurants nearby. Also, there is mini golf, a waterpark, and the OC bus station within walking distance of the townhouse!
