Oceanfront Studio for up to 3, indoor and outdoor pool!

DON'T MISS OUT! Book your reservation to stay at this well-maintained, nicely decorated OCEAN FRONT Studio comfortable for a family of 3. Enjoy the AMAZING VIEW OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN from your private balcony, along with a fully equipped modern kitchen, combo dining/ living room area, full bath with tub/shower & washer & dryer. Private/dedicated Wi-Fi service. Bedding: 1- Queen & 1 -Double Sleep Sofa, and lots of amenities. Enjoy the indoor pool, exercise room & game room year- round. During the Summer Season enjoy the large outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool (provided for children in diapers), tennis, oceanfront volleyball, visit the beach bar & grill, sandwich shop, convenience store & gift shops, elevators, and a storage locker to store your beach chairs. Please note there is a $75 Non-refundable Golden Sands Building Amenity Fee Required.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Parking spot for 1 car. Property rents any 3 nights throughout the year.
No Pets. Smoking & vaping are prohibited in units, on balconies, units and in all common areas, EXCEPT for designated smoking areas. Violators shall be subject to a fine up to $1,000.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Check in was smooth and fast. Location was great. The view was awesome and the sound of the ocean was very calming. The bed was not comfortable so if you have a bad back be aware. I have stayed at a lot of Vrbo this is the first time I had to supply my own necessities toilet paper, paper towels, sheets and towels. And there was no trash can in the bathroom. Also the dryer didn’t work it dried our clothes for 3 hours and still had to go home with wet close.

Great stay and would book again. Check-in was a long line and not ideal after having traveled to get to your vacation and just wanting your keys, but the line moved fairly quickly. The property was in good condition and Great location. Only two things to address would be the tub drain is clogged and the dryer doesn’t work… other than that, an almost perfect stay!

The condo was nice! Lovely view, clean and nice updates. Loved staying on the first floor- didn’t have to take elevators all the time. A few notes: The bed was not comfortable and there was no hair dryer (so basic I didn’t even think to check on this.) But overall I would definitely stay there again.

Clean but not Immaculate!

There were some dust bunnies under furniture and behind bed, the only reason I know is because I was looking for plugs! The phone plug in the night table did not work. The plugs by the high top table kept falling out. Also, something not important but was a pain for us.....not one hook anywhere to hang wet towel or robe. Next time I will bring hooks for sure!! Other then that lovely....but the pictures look pristine and super new, a bit older looking in person. But had a wonderful week! view is awesome!!

Golden sands

Condo was nice up to date. Did not care for balcony we felt like we were in a fish bowl. Dunes were in the way of beach view.Unfornately do to a emergency we had to leave early. Wish condo was up one level.Over all nice place.

Accurate description

Property was on 1st flr which was right next to steps to private deck/path to the beach. Just fyi, the screen door took effort to open and no fan to circulate air

Cleanliness

We LOVED the property. Room was sufficient for our needs and convenient to amenities. However. The room was not clean. The floor didnt feel swept, i do understand the sand goes everywhere, but i ended up vacuuming before we unpacked and again halfway through the week. The tub and toilet were fine but the drawer under the vanity had hair in it. Moving on, the mattress was terrible. Almost like a couch mattress and my husband and I had 5 nights of miserable sleep. The comforter had stains and hair on it. I shook it out and vacuumed it up. The mattress pad had stains on it. I did not complain early in the stay because, quite frankly, I feel you get 1 shot at a good 1st impression. We dealt with it. When I expressed all this to the gentlemen at check out he seemed indifferent and basically said I should have called to let them know it was unsatisfactory as if it was my fault. Again, the amenities were wonderful and we will consider a rental at another time but probably not this unit.

Good Getaway

There were pro's & con's to the location. When booking this, i do not recall seeing any mention of nightly activities directly outside of our condo. This is a 1st floor space. There is some sort of DJ or band playing every night until 10:00 pm. Did not spend much time on outside balcony as then it felt like you were part of the show. Convenience of the location was nice to go out to beach area, but stairwell to leave the building smelled awful of garbage. (Take the elevator)

Will be back!

The unit that we stayed in was beautifully upgraded. Perfect amount of amenities for my husband and myself. The air conditioning worked great as it was very hot outside. Beautiful ocean view. Being on the first floor is KEY as the elevators can be very slow. I would recommend for sure.

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation. The condo was just the perfect size for us. Beach access was good and the evenings on the outdoor patio were nice. I would definitely stay again.
