With its own Private Balcony Access, you can sneak out to catch a glimpse of the moon over the Ocean or start your day taking in the Sunrise before anyone else wakes. The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee of $65 Cash or Credit PER Vehicle. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage. Up to 2 vehicles with the exception of holiday weekends.
Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed.
Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
