Holiday Real Estate was easy to work with and the unit was super clean. The location was quiet but still in the heart of the inlet activities. Would definitely stay again.

It was very clean, quiet and centrally located. It had all the amenities that we were looking for. It would have been nice to have 2 parking spaces since it slept 5 but that may have been limited because it was a festival weekend.

Great location

Great location. Liked having parking at all times. Loved that could walk to beach and boardwalk easily. Could do some updates, but overall worked for us.

Cute little spot

Great for a family stay! Only one bedroom but had a roll out bed, futon, and couch you could set up in the living room. The counter space in the kitchen was great and enough room for everyone to eat. Perfect if you’re traveling with younger children! Centrally located to everything within walking distance, we barely drive once we got there. I definitely recommend!

The location was mega awesome especially with the underground secure parking! The communication with the property mgt. was swift, but the ladies came off a bit irritated. They could change out the shower head and oversized lawn furniture, but overall the space is cool and location decent! Id totally stay again.

Air Show Getaway

Last minute reservation for an OC getaway to see the Air Show. Property is as pictured. It is dated but everything was clean. One issue is the futon is not suitable for an adult due to how small it is. Other than than...it met our needs.

Very happy

When we pulled up, the outside of the building looked a little shabby, but don't judge a book by its cover because the inside was wonderful, very clean and homey feeling. We feel like we really got lucky finding this place, because we have had some pretty terrible experiences in the past at other places (hotels), and this was our first time staying in a condo instead of a hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised with how wonderful it was! They had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Not the worst, but found other places around the same ballpark in price that may have been a better option. Just would not pick the place again. Air filter definitely was not swapped out so it became stuffy and unbearable. Washer wasn’t cleaned, ruined clothes and made them smell musty. Floors were dirty, immediately could see socks or feet turning brown. The shower drain either is beyond clogged or the water pressure being so high caused you to take a shower/bath every time. Location was great, can’t go wrong with where it is at.

Clean and spacious apartment

We loved it! The location is really close to the beach, there are all kinds of markets and stores around it so you dont even need to use the car after you park it. The check in process was a little weird for me, once i booked through Vrbo, i got a text message to call the office to confirm my booking, which was weird for me. To get the keys you have to go one place and then only go to the property you rented. Check out is at 10 but you have to drop off the keys by 10 at a different location which is about 15 mins away, so you have to be out way before 10. It didnt matter to us because we were leaving earlier anyways but that process was a little annoying. Thamkfully the office was very responsive and informative. The apartment was clean, and quiet. We enjoyed it while were were there but most of the time we were out and about. Thank you for wonderful stay!
