"The Crane Resort is excellent looking ,Rooms are wonderful and huge. The Lobby furniture is sooo outdated though it got us scared as that was our 1st impression of the resort. It's very old sinking couches. Water in the shower was not hot. The elevator stopped working and we were on the 5th floor. "To give a realistic review, I thought cobblers Cove overall was a nice place to stay. I think you have to rate these places relative to the area it is in. I was looking for a five star resort, and I came across cobblers Cove. The grounds around the resort were exceptional. "Excellent staff and well maintained facilities"

"Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent location. My only wish is for on-site laundry, but that’s a minor inconvenience (I just don’t like going back “home” with dirty laundry). Some folks complain about the lack of an elevator, if I’m honest most of us could do with the extra steps given the amount of food and drink that one can consume on the island. "Wonderful time spent at Fairmont. Warm welcome from the moment we stepped on the property. Got a room upgrade and complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary.
