This beautiful modern home contains a large open concept kitchen, dining, and living area that is perfect for family gatherings with wet bar and laundry on the 1st level.

Grandparents can stay in the first floor Bedroom for easy accessibility. All 5 bedrooms are appointed with high-end mattresses to provide luxury and comfort. You can sit in the loft watching TV and can relax outside in the Patio sofas, while the loved ones are grilling.

If going to the beach and boardwalk that is only a mile away, you can drive, cycle or walk. Upon your return there is an outdoor shower conveniently located on the side of the home facing towards the bushes to remove remaining sand. Come stay at this wonderful property and enjoy your vacation.

The property is also a short distance from Ocean City, MD, shopping in Rehoboth Beach, and many restaurants and family-friendly attractions.

There is also a well-appointed clubhouse on the property with every amenity imaginable:
