Nestled in the Pacific Plaza community on Pier Avenue in Ocean, this condo is just a stone's throw away from the famous Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area. You'll have access to Pacific Plaza's fantastic amenities, including a shared hot tub, a charming courtyard with BBQ facilities, and a convenient coin-operated laundry facility.

Oceano Dunes, the only California state park where beach driving is allowed, offers an array of activities, from thrilling all-terrain-vehicle rides on the sand dunes to swimming, clamming, camping, surfing, surf fishing, hiking, and bird watching.

This a lovely 1 bedroom condo. Very comfy and loved the beach decor. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Property was great for us. Near a park for my granddaughter and very close to the beach. Old Juan's Cantina is always a good place to eat located within walking distance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We Truly enjoyed the experience in this lil quaint condo. Everything was purrfect. The staff onsite were really kind and helpful. Our rental company Seven Sisters were very responsive and lovely! The only things I would mention for improvement is that the toilet would get stuck and wouldn't fill without assistance at times-then let out a lil scream like R2D2 but it was more funny than annoying. Lastly, the hot tub hours were pretty early for closure so it was hard to relax after a day of visiting and touring. Otherwise this place is a GOLD MINE! I feel it was decently priced for what we got. I would re-book another time :) We thank you for such lovely service and cleanliness!!
