Welcome to your serene Oceanside getaway, an upper level 2 bedroom, 1
bath condo located just steps from the sand in a 5 unit complex. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the condo features a king bed in the primary bedroom, full bunks in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, accommodating up to six
guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals, and wall unit air conditioning ensures year round comfort. Parking is available in the covered carport (first-come basis) with additional street parking available if all are taken, and guests have access to shared laundry facilities during their stay. You will also have access to a shared BBQ, perfect for sunset dinners!
While the condo itself does not offer ocean views except for in the living room, you can enjoy beautiful coastal scenery from the shared patio and beach area, perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. The direct beach access from the backyard through the rock barrier provides easy access for walks along the shore.
Ideally situated near local restaurants and a great beach / park for kids, this coastal retreat provides the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Whether you’re visiting
for a family getaway or a quiet beach escape, you’ll enjoy easy access to the ocean, inviting interiors, and the timeless charm of Southern California living.
Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
