Our room was spotless and big. There was a refrigerator that was cold and quiet; the AC and the shower worked well. If you walk out through the back, you can be, on foot, at the harbor in 4 minutes. What is there not to like? We have stayed in many places in Oceanside, and this place has by far the best price/value ratio.

The room was very nice and renovated, with a frig and microwave. It was very comfortable with a sofa and okay view and nice bathroom. The front desk staff was okay. The small bar was closed when I got there. There is no restaurant except serving breakfast in the morning. The hallway was very noisy and I could hear people celebrating at 4am which was unpleasant. You could hear people walk on the floors so it wasn't quiet.
